The Indian Motorsports League is a brand new concept that will soon be launched in India. The IML was conceived on the lines of the popular IPL. We had earlier reported about the concept of the IML which was the brain child of 15 top racing professionals. Races will be held all across the country starting with 5 cities.
The IML will consists of different types of racing including single-seater racing as well as superbikes. Drivers from all over the world will take part in the series. Teams will also tap in to local talents thus helping promote racing as a sport in the country. We hope, IML does to the sport of racing, what IPL did to 20-20 cricket.
